To participate in either an academic or an internship program, your home institution needs to take the first step: nominate you to become an international student.

The International Relations Office (IRO) at Tiradentes University will ask you to fill out an application form as well as provide certain documents: passport, grade transcript, a letter describing why you would like to participate, a photograph, as well as documents specific to the program that you would like to undertake at Tiradentes. Following the completion of these initial steps, the IRO will provide support to develop your Learning Agreement/Work Plan, aligning the necessary arrangements to host you during your experience at Tiradentes University. Then, you will need to purchase health insurance, apply for a student visa at the nearest Brazilian Consulate, and arrange for your travel to Brazil.
